source: "Carol A. Josson, 74, of Charleroi, passed away after a lengthy illness at her home on Thursday, February 13,
2014. She was born January 17, 1940 in South Berwick, Maine, the daughter of the late Forest and Christina
Briggs Bridges. Carol was a very active member of the “Save the library committee”. She helped for years by
participating in projects to support the John K. Tener Library. She was a member of the Home and Hospital
Club, the Charleroi recreation Board, helped many years with projects to support the youth of Charleroi, was
a former member of the Charleroi Charthene Club and was a Judges of Elections for many years in the
Borough of Charleroi. Carol had worked for a number of years at the former Michael's Fashions, also
worked at Musatta's Personal Care Home giving aid to the elderly residents and for many years in area homes
as an excellent personal care giver to numerous elderly in the Charleroi Area. She is survived by her two sons
Robert J. Josson and wife Cheryl of Ashtabula, OH. and Paul A. Josson and wife Gina of Charleroi; brother
Roger Bridges of Belle Vernon and a sister Helen Bridges of N.H. eight grandchildren Amy, Kristy, Michael,
Erika, Amber, Dale, Mickael and Erica; five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Carol was
preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Josson, her son Dale K. Josson, a brother Bruce Bridges and an
infant great granddaughter Hayden Alexa. Friends will be received Monday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. in the
Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi where funeral
services will be held on Tuesday at 11a.m. Interment will be in the Charleroi Cemetery."
